Launch of Core Principle Solutions, LLC™ Establishes a New Status Quo by Delivering Robust, Niche Medical Education through Partnerships, Associations, and Learning Networks

BOSTON, MA/JAMESBURG, NJ—Core Principle Solutions, LLC™ (CPS), a new global medical education company headed by Pam Rattananont Ferris, will focus on executing unique medical education for global healthcare professionals and patients.

The company will be led by Pam Rattananont Ferris, who will serve as its Chief Executive Officer. Prior to forming CPS, Ms. Rattananont Ferris served as Senior Manager, Global Medical Education at Millennium Pharmaceuticals: The Takeda Oncology Company, in Cambridge, MA. At Millennium, she led the company’s medical education program, helping Millennium establish market leadership in that area. In addition, Ms. Rattananont Ferris has also been named as one of the top 100 Most Inspiring People in the Life-Sciences Industry by PharmaVoice in 2011. This award recognizes Ms. Rattananont Ferris as a person who inspires and motivates those around her, her influence as a corporate leader, and as someone who is having a positive impact on the industry through her actions.

In her current role as CEO and Managing Director of Core Principle Solutions, Ms. Rattananont Ferris and her team will create innovative and medical education programs for healthcare professionals and patients worldwide by strengthening the relationship between all stakeholders. Part of her role is the strategic design and execution of U.S. and global medical education and training initiatives.

“Developing medical education programs for use outside the United States is challenging because each market has its own rules and guidelines, which require a distinct base of knowledge and program tools upon which to draw when designing these educational programs,” said Ms. Rattananont Ferris.

CPS will establish and manage strong grant provider and supporter partner relationships to help ensure delivery of program impact and outcomes. The company plans to partner with a variety of organizations, including industry, government, nonprofit, and accredited providers, to create customized learning initiatives to meet the ongoing needs of healthcare professionals and their patients.

“The communal purpose of our industry is to save lives, and to do so companies need to continue to partner with researchers, the government, healthcare professionals, and patients in the most reasonably compliant and effective manner possible,” added Ms. Rattananont Ferris. “It’s important to align and facilitate medical education and training initiatives with meaningful and practical educational needs and specific audience segments.”
